We relocated from Washington, DC down to Raleigh in early 2019. We interviewed a ton of different realtors to try and find someone that would be responsive, truly listen and respect our wishes. She listened to what we wanted (a truly walkable neighborhood – a hard thing to find in the area!) and hunted down a great house pre-market using her network.
